Step into a hidden chapter of the Wakfu universe by the heart of a fan who refused to let the silence stand. An unofficial, probably-inaccurate, and entirely heartfelt fan project that dives headfirst into the stories no one else wanted to tell. (really as I wrote those words there are even maybe two or three fics that even talk about this time of the original lore.)

Did you ever wonder what Yugo and the other Eliatropes were doing before the whole "space exodus" thing? No? Well, we did. And since Ankama left that story buried deeper than Oropo’s self-esteem, I decided to dig it up; no canon, no brakes, and definitely no gods watching over us.

For those who don't know, Waku is at the origin of a French animated series, where the first episode happened in 2008 in a fantasy world full of magic, adventures, and dragons.

Wakfu: Fire bloom is a fanmade visual novel exploring the untold lives of Yugo and his others Eliatrope siblings, before their great exodus and erasure from history.

This game dares to explore a romance, drama-soaked, horror-kissed visual novel set in a lovingly reimagined (read: possibly inaccurate) corner of the Wakfu universe.

Across multiple routes and branching narratives, you’ll uncover secrets, shape relationships, and face choices that can lead to healing… or heartbreak.

Take on the role of a wayward soul weaving your way into the lives of the Eliatrope council, and their dragons twin (yes, those ones), mess with their hearts, unravel their secrets, and maybe accidentally traumatize them (again). It’s awkward, emotional, sometimes creepy, sometimes silly—and hopefully, a little beautiful too.

This isn’t just a cutesy dating sim with pretty eyes and sparkles (though… there is a bit of that). It’s about love in the face of an apocalypse. It touches on mature themes including death, identity, mental health, trauma, and elements of horror. And how even immortal kids with glowing hands and hats are not immune to messy crushes, existential dread, and the occasional eldritch horror whispering sweet nothings from beyond the stars. But at its core, it’s a story about how even in a collapsing world, love and memory can survive.

✨ I did almost everything myself - writing, art, code, story - so it may be rough around the edges, but it's made with a lot of love. It’s my very first game, and I’m kinda terrified, but I hope you enjoy it anyway. Thanks for giving it a chance.✨

Expect:

🌟 Romance that can be awkward, intense, or tragically doomed

🌟 Choices that actually mess stuff up (sometimes on purpose)

🌟 Death, identity, mental health, and other “fun” themes

🌟 Sibling drama, horror, and dumb jokes

🌟 …and some are definitely Not Okay™

Note: I'm still working on the game in it's self, only a tiny artbook is proposed. So it the 0.003 version
